Elegant, versatile, complex, it hits all the buttons for many wine drinkers, but is a difficult grape to grow and can be even more challenging to make into good wine. What makes it so special? We’ll dive into this individual grape, its plethora of expressions and what makes it such a crowd-pleaser.
